These terms govern your access to and use of the ThinkDar™ AI-as-a-Service API, operated by Kemedar.

License & Access

Access requires an API key and an active plan. Keys are non-transferable and must be kept confidential.

Rate Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has documented rate limits. Exceeding them may result in throttling or suspension.

Data & Model Output

Model predictions are provided as-is and should not be used as sole basis for legal, financial, or investment decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
