Relationship first
We first identify whether the path is employment, collaboration, training, or effort partnership, then define its terms.
Choose how you want to contribute
Choose one of only four paths: employee, trainee, collaborator, or effort partner. Every path explains the relationship, consideration, accountability, and agreement before you start.
Employment relationship
Join Kemedar in a defined role with an approved manager, responsibilities, performance goals, and an employment agreement.
Understand this pathDefined assignment
Contribute specialist effort to a defined project, deliverable, or time-boxed assignment without presenting it as permanent employment.
Understand this pathSupervised learning
Build practical capability through a structured learning plan, real assignments, supervision, feedback, and documented outcomes.
Understand this pathBusiness leadership partnership — not employment
Take leadership accountability for one Kemedar system, product, service, subscription, or project. Bring proven sector experience, set the strategy and sales plan, build and coordinate the team, and own measurable business outcomes under an effort-partnership agreement—not an employment contract.
